La Casita de Kaleidoscopes began as a small kaleidoscope gallery in
October of 1997. The beauty of the kaleidoscope, as well as the quaint
south-west setting in Old Town Albuquerque, contributed greatly to the
success of La Casita, with many people returning again and again. We have
had thousands of visitors to our Casita, and they always leave wearing a
smile!

 La Casita de Kaleidoscopes began by featuring only kaleidoscopes by 25 artists from across the US,
and has slowly grown to feature kaleidoscopes, teleidoscopes and related
items by over 70 artists from
throughout the world. We currently showcase over 500 kaleidoscopes,
with a small portion of them featured on this website.

Poco-a-Poco (little by little)
Like the kaleidoscope, La Casita continues to change too. For
the past 9 years, La Casita has continued to grow, little by little, and we grew right out of
our wee Casita. So in September 2003, we moved to the quaint Poco-a-Poco Patio, where we now have
space to show & grow.
